A specialised pre- and post-natal exercise program that was established in 2015. This program has been endorsed by a Gynecologist and Obstetrician. Working within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that ladies are getting a full spectrum wellness experience during and after their pregnancy.

The program was designed by qualified Biokineticists who established Fit4Two.
